Let's be real: for many, getting to the gym is a luxury in today's world! For many looking to begin or sustain a strength-training practice, it doesn't take much equipment to conduct and complete an effective workout!
We offer several levels of at-home training options within our personal training packages as well as our self-guided programs.

Swiss Ball Several sizes provided based on your height.
A general rule of thumb is to choose a ball size based on your height:
Under 5'4": A 55 cm ball is recommended
5'4"–5'10": A 65 cm ball is recommended
Over 5'10": A 75 cm ball is recommended

Generally speaking, foam-rollers are great for myofascial release and helping release tension in the muscles. However, you can also leverage foam rollers in your workouts ... can be quite spicy!
Great for those harder to hit spots that require you'd prefer to avoid using a lot of upper body strength to get (glutes, calves)
Excellent for the back (use against the wall) and for the plantar fascia
