We offer several levels of at-home training options within our personal training packages as well as our self-guided programs.

A general rule of thumb is to choose a ball size based on your height: 

  • Under 5'4": A 55 cm ball is recommended 

  • 5'4"–5'10": A 65 cm ball is recommended 

  • Over 5'10": A 75 cm ball is recommended
